Lease Terms

• Standard 12-month lease
• Short term lease available
• First month’s rent pro-rated
• Security deposit based on credit

Pet Policy

• Cats & dogs welcome (50 lb. max)
• Pet fee of $200 non-refundable
• Pet rent is $25/month per pet
• Limit of 2 pets per apartment
• Breed restrictions apply for dogs
• No exotic animals

Office Hours

• Monday-Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
• Closed Sunday           
• After hours appointments available
